White Chocolate Mousse

Our delicious White Chocolate Mousse, light, fluffy and sweet enough to satisfy your cravings!

  • 1 1/2 tubs of Wicked White Chocolate Dip
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml thickened cream, whipped
  • & your choice of chocolate flakes or berries to serve with

Separate the eggs. beat the yolks into the Wicked White Chocolate Dip then fold in the cream.

Whisk egg whites into stiff peaks, then fold gently into mixture. Chill for 6 hours, or overnight until mixture sets.

Serve with chocolate flakes or your favorite fruit!
