Creamy Banana Pie

A quick, easy dessert that will get any banana lover in a tizz with the full flavour and sweet textures of this fabulous dessert.

  • 20cm /8” ready-made pastry case
  • 4 Large bananas
  • One tub of Wicked Caramel Dip
  • 1 Tablespoons lemon Juice
  • 150ml Double Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons flaked Almonds

Step one: Peel and slice bananas, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step two: Layer half the sliced bananas in the pastry case. Put 4 Tablespoons of caramel sauce to one side.

Step three: Pour the rest of the caramel over the sliced bananas in the pastry case. Arrange the remaining banana slices over Caramel Dip.

Step Four: Whip cream into soft peaks, spread over bananas. Sprinkle over almonds.

Step Five: Take the remaining Caramel Dip and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Step six: Then drizzle over the pie.
