Choc Mint Bubble Bar

A tasty treat that is sure to tempt all the little chocolate lovers and the older ones too.

  • 1 Tub Wicked Chocolate Dip
  • 1 teaspoon of Mint essence
  • 2 level Tablespoons Margarine
  • 4 Cups rice bubbles
  • 1 Level Tablespoons golden syrup
  • 1 Tablespoons water
  • ½ Teaspoon Gelatin

4 Hours – Setting Time

Step one: Place rice bubbles in large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, melt margarine and golden syrup together.

Step two: Heat gelatin and water for 10 seconds on high.

Step three: Mix Chocolate Dip, Mint essence, margarine, golden syrup, gelatin and water together and then mix into rice bubbles.

Step four: Mix together until rice bubbles are covered with Chocolate mixture.

Step five: Coat a slice tin with cooking spray and press mixture into the tin evenly. Refrigerate.

Step six: When set, ice with chocolate icing mixed with a little Chocolate Dip.
