White Chocolate Custard with Puddings & Berries

A simple, perfect recipe for Christmas Puddings, or at any time of year over any pudding base.  This White Chocolate Custard is a delight you will come back for time and time again.

  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 2 tubs wicked white chocolate dip
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup of caster sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • Fresh Berries

10 min – Cook Time

4 Serving

Step one: Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring for 3 or 4 minutes or until hot. (Don’t boil)

Step two: Whisk egg yolks, cornflour and sugar together in a heatproof bowl. Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture.

Step Three: Return to pan. Add Wicked White Chocolate Dip. Cook, stirring over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the custard thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

Step Four: Pour custard into a heatproof jug.

Step Five: Heat a pre-made pudding serve on a plate and drizzle over the White Chocolate Custard adding fresh berries over the top.
