5 Minute Chocolate Mud Cake

Everyone loves a Chocolate Cake, what you don’t like is taking the time to prepare and then
cook it!  Especially when you have a need for a Chocolate fix right now!  Our 5 Minute Chocolate Mud cake ticks all the boxes! It’s easy, quick and taste great!  
Give it a go, satisfy your wicked side.

  • 1/3 cup self-raising flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tub wicked chocolate dip
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon oil
5 min – Prep Time
2 min – Cook Time
1 Serving
Step One: Sift flour and salt into a small bowl, stir through the sugar.
Step Two: In a separate small bowl whisk the egg, milk, butter and vanilla.
Step Three: Add the Wicked Chocolate Dip and oil, wet mixture and dry mixture into one bowl.
Stir with fork until just combines.
Step Four: Spoon mixture into a 500ml mug.
Step Five:  Microwave on high for 70-90 seconds or until pudding has risen and top is just set. Don’t over cook.
Step Six: Serve immediately.
